Canada’s largest agricultural cooperative, Sollio Cooperative Group, has appointed Charles Grégoire-Béliveau as chief executive officer of its BMR division. The BMR Group became a fully-fledged subsidiary of Sollio in 2015. It sells hardware and equipment to farmers, contractors and consumers.
James McGourlay will transition from interim chief executive officer to president, chief client officer at OpenText. McGourlay will report to Ayman Antoun, who is the new chief executive officer. Paul Duggan stepped down from his position as president, chief customer officer and will continue to serve as executive vice-president, special advisor.
